Access to Adam & Eve Confinement Centre is strictly controlled and monitored at all time. Installation of enhanced security door and CCTVs in various locations within the centre will ensure the safety of you and your baby is never compromised.

Weekly Parenthood Activities

To ensure our mothers healing and wellness, we provide postnatal yoga classes once a week where our mothers are guided by professional yoga instructors.

Complimentary traditional Malay postnatal massage which helps in rejunevate after giving birth. Our facility also features a facial and mini salon for afterbirth pamper during the 28-days staycation with us!

In preparation to enter parenthood phase, we conduct health talks, seminars, workshops and classes by medical professionals regularly to better equip our mothers and fathers with the knowledge they need to give the best to their newborns.

Hygiene Control

At Adam & Eve Confinement Centre, all visitor is required to check their body temperature for fever screening followed by hand sanitization and hygienic footwear change before entering the centre. We provide a spacious & modern lobby for improved visitor experience and registration process.

Cleanliness and hygiene of centre is greatly prioritized. We will utilize high quality hospital grade products to ensure the environment is always safe and sterile for mommy and baby.

Nutritious & Balanced Meals

Traditional confinement meal is vital in restoring the depleted nutrient lost during pregnancy and childbirth. With that in mind, we go the extra mile to plan well-balanced confinement meals. At Adam & Eve Confinement Centre, we prepare 5 delicious and well-balanced meals everyday for mommy’s physical restoration and improved breastmilk production.
